These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Park Evening Courses services and website. By accessing our services, you agree to these terms. This agreement complies with Google Ads and Quora Ads policies.

1. Services Description

Park Evening Courses provides educational parking training programs designed for adult learners. Our evening courses focus on developing awareness, skills, and understanding of parking-related concepts. Services include instruction, materials, and certification upon successful completion.

2. Enrollment and Registration

Enrollment requires completion of registration forms and payment of applicable fees. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment based on capacity limitations or prerequisite requirements. Registration confirmations are sent via email within 48 hours.

3. Payment Terms

Course fees are due at registration unless alternative arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All prices are in USD and subject to change with notice. Payment processing is handled securely through third-party processors.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Students may cancel enrollment up to 7 days before course start for full refund minus administrative fee. Cancellations within 7 days of start date receive 50% refund. No refunds after course begins. See our Refund Policy for complete details.

5. Attendance Requirements

Students must attend minimum 80% of scheduled sessions for certification eligibility. Absences due to documented emergencies may be accommodated on case-by-case basis. Missed classes cannot be transferred to future sessions without prior approval.

6. Code of Conduct

Students must maintain respectful, professional behavior toward instructors and peers. Disruptive conduct may result in dismissal without refund. We maintain zero-tolerance policy for discrimination, harassment, or threatening behavior.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources are proprietary to Park Evening Courses. Students receive limited license for personal educational use. Distribution, reproduction, or commercial use of materials is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Park Evening Courses provides educational services only. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results. Our liability is limited to refund of fees paid. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Data security is prioritized, though no system is completely secure. Students consent to necessary data processing for service delivery.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms with notice. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered students.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Virginia state law and applicable federal regulations. Disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Virginia courts. Both parties waive jury trial rights.

13. Severability
